Rental and booking conditions
Good agreements make good friends. Therefore, please read the following house rules. These are mainly aimed at offering you a pleasant and flawless stay. By making a reservation, you automatically agree to these house rules.
Check-in / Check-out
Check-in : the accommodation is at your disposal from 4 pm
Check-out : from Monday to Friday you can check out until 10 am; on Sunday until 6 pm
An extended stay is possible if available and subject to consultation.
For your comfort, we do not work with a key, you will receive an access code that is valid during your stay.
House rules
The house serves as a good father to be managed during the rental period.
It is forbidden to smoke in the entire house.
Please respect the tranquility of the neighbors and do not cause any noise nuisance.
Upon departure, the house will be tidy and brush left clean.
A maximum of 16 people can stay in the house . Children younger than 2 years old are possible, provided they are mentioned in advance.
Guarantee
A deposit of 1500 € is charged. This is paid no later than 6 weeks before arrival, together with the balance.
If everything has been left in order and if no damage, theft or breakage has been found, the deposit will be refunded at the latest 2 weeks after your stay. If the damage is higher than the guarantee, these costs will be invoiced afterwards.
Booking conditions
A reservation is only final after payment of 50% of the rent.
The balance and the deposit of 1500 € will be paid no later than 6 weeks before arrival .
For bookings within 6 weeks before arrival, the full amount and the deposit of 1500 € will be paid.
Cancellation policy
Cancellations must be communicated by email , you will then receive a cancellation confirmation.
Cancellation up to 4 weeks before arrival: cancellation costs are 50% of the rent
Cancellation between 4 and 2 weeks before arrival: cancellation costs are 75% of the rent
If canceled after the 14th day before arrival: cancellation costs are 100% of the rent

Access to the property
For your comfort, we do not use a key. You will receive an access code that is valid during your stay. Once we have received your personal details, your payment, any deposits and photocopies, we will send you the access code to the property a few days before your arrival.
A maximum of 16 persons can stay in the house. Children under the age of 2 may stay, provided they are mentioned in advance.

End of stay
The house is completely clean and tidy on arrival: the beds are made and there is clean bath and kitchen linen. Toilet paper, hand soap and a basic kitchen package are also provided. During your stay we do not do any cleaning. Toiletries such as soap, toilet paper and shower gel are not included. During and after your stay, you are responsible for washing the dishes and cleaning the cooker, refrigerator and oven.

Upon departure, the house will be left tidy and brush clean. Everything is put back in its place and bins are emptied in the appropriate containers. The sheets are taken off the beds and left on the floor in the rooms. Bath and pool towels will be left in the bathrooms.

No smoking
It is strictly forbidden to smoke in the house.

Liability
The owner and his company GUMP bv are not responsible for theft or accidents that occur in and around the house or the swimming pool.

The main tenant is liable for any damage caused by himself/herself, fellow tenants, any visitors or pets.
The house is located in a quiet and residential area.
Please respect the peace and quiet of your neighbours and do not cause any noise nuisance. It is therefore requested not to play loud music outside and not to use the swimming pool & Finnish hot tub between 22h and 06h.

It is strictly forbidden to use the house and its garden for parties, receptions, bachelor parties or brawls without informing the landlord in advance. Youth groups are not allowed. In case of violation of this rule or complaints about noise, immediate removal from the property will follow, the deposit will be withheld and there will be no refund of any remaining nights.

COVID-19
The renter agrees to respect the Corona measures that are applicable at the time of his accommodation in the For.rest holiday home, Oudestraat 195 in Ronse. The owner, or his company GUMP BV, can't in any case be held responsible if the renter does not comply with the current Corona measures.
